1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CliqSpy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

CliqSpy provides competitive intelligence for Google paid search advertising, including scan results, historical observations, and analysis tools intended for research and campaign planning.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it current if you purchase credits or request support.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the product only for lawful business or research purposes.
• Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attack the platform infrastructure.
• Do not share account access or resell service access without permission.
• Do not use the service in ways that violate advertising, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.

5. Digital delivery and fulfillment

CliqSpy sells digital software access and usage credits only. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, purchased credits are usually added to the applicable account automatically. Delivery may be delayed for fraud checks, payment review, technical failure, or if account verification is required.

6. Credits, pricing, and payment

CliqSpy uses a credit-based model. Credits are consumed by successful scans and do not expire while an account remains active. Pricing may change prospectively. Taxes, currency conversion costs, or processor fees imposed by your bank or payment provider remain your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Our refund terms are published in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because CliqSpy is a digital usage-based product, credits already consumed are not refundable. You may stop using the service at any time, and there is no recurring subscription fee unless separately disclosed at checkout.

8. Customer support, disputes, and chargebacks

If you believe a payment, credit balance, or delivery issue occurred, contact [email protected] before opening a payment dispute when reasonably possible. We use reasonable efforts to respond to billing requests promptly and to cooperate with PayPal in the event of a chargeback, claim, or payment review.

9. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The public landing site may use website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, as described there.

10. Intellectual property

The CliqSpy platform, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by the operator of CliqSpy. Third-party ad content surfaced through search intelligence remains the property of the relevant advertiser or rights holder and is provided for research purposes only.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided as is. Search results and paid-search data can vary by location, device, time, and auction conditions, so we cannot guarantee a specific result set for every scan.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliqSpy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud risk, abuse, non-payment, legal compliance issues, or material violation of these Terms. If access is restricted because of a payment dispute or chargeback, associated credits or service access may also be suspended while the issue is reviewed.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the CliqSpy operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the product and business evolve. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
