Support
For account or delivery issues, include your account email, workspace name, and a short description of the issue. If credits were not delivered, include the approximate payment time.
Billing
For refunds or charge questions, include the PayPal transaction ID, account email, pack purchased, and whether any credits from that purchase were already used.
Legal
For privacy or compliance requests, use the legal inbox so requests are documented and handled correctly. We aim to acknowledge customer-support requests within 2 business days.
