Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, and billing-dispute terms for CliqSpy digital credits. Last updated: March 24, 2026.
1. What this policy covers
CliqSpy sells digital software access and credit packs used inside the platform. This policy explains when a purchase may be refunded, how to request one, and how we handle payment disputes.
2. Delivery of digital credits
Credits are digital goods. After successful payment, credits are normally added to the purchasing account automatically. If credits are not delivered correctly, contact [email protected] and include the account email and payment details so we can investigate and correct the issue.
3. Eligible refunds
- Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10% of that credit pack has been consumed.
- Duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or unsuccessful delivery of purchased credits remain eligible for review and correction.
- Refunds required by applicable law will be honored even if they are not specifically listed here.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
- Free promotional or signup credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Purchases older than 14 days are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
- Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, or material violations of the Terms of Service are not eligible for discretionary refunds.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, PayPal transaction ID, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and the credit usage tied to it.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible. If a refunded purchase added credits to your account, the corresponding unused credits may be removed or adjusted as part of the refund.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact support before opening a dispute when reasonably possible so we can try to resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback or PayPal claim is opened, we may temporarily limit access to the affected account or credits while the payment issue is under review.
